Sunday lunch
Trader Joe's has excellent pasta sauces. One of my favorites is their puttanesca sauce, which has capers and olives. Mmmm. We heated this sauce and poured it over penne and corkscrew whole wheat pastas for dinner on Friday night. Had the leftovers for lunch today. Little prep, lots of satisfaction. You could put chicken pieces in this also and have a mock chicken cacciatore. A glass of vino would be nice too. Twist my arm...
