This video from huffingtonpost.com is interesting. It points out healthy food options in convenience stores, which include:
100% whole wheat bread
brown rice
cheerios
turkey breast lunch meat (low sodium)
100% pure juice (not juice drinks)
canned vegetables/beans - article recommends washing them in a colander before eating because they contain lots of sodium
canned fruit - in it's own juice
Some good suggestions for our on-the-go lifestyle when sometimes it seems like all we have time for is a "super size" meal.
