Chocomize - custom chocolate bars

How neat is this? Custom chocolate bars. Yummy.

As it cools off here in Phoenix (our nights and mornings at least), I think about all things chocolate, and earl grey tea. Today I came across a business called Chocomize that makes custom chocolate bars. Really! The picture is from the NY Times website. Chocomize got a writeup in Oprah's magazine and they took off.
